The Mini Suite Deluxe that will accommodate you is secluded from the entire master apartment, giving you the appreciated privacy. Both units are located on the same (top) floor of the building. The elevator will take you comfortably to the floor where you will be greeted with a warm welcome. The room accommodates a maximum of two people.

Mini Suite Deluxe Isola di Mezzo
For those who do not need to stay in the Apartament Deluxe , on the same floor, there is the possibility of staying in a mini-suite located within the manor house.
As you enter, in fact, you will find yourself in the large living room but the two living areas, open-beamed, are spaced out and independent .
The “guest” area, separated by an access door, invites the hallway that serves the bedroom with small anteroom in which to store jackets, a large bathroom with bathtub, complete with window and toiletries.
The mini suite deluxe is equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, free wifi coverage, flat-screen TV, dressing room and safe. Enviable location for amenities and tranquility.

The location is enviable: in fact, the apartment is located in the heart of the city of Treviso. Within a few meters you will find: supermarkets, convenience stores, and bar/bakery practically on your doorstep. There will also be restaurants and pizzerias nearby.
The building is located in the historic center, with access by car.
We are within walking distance of the train station, bus station and Treviso airport.
Within easy walking distance are the Cathedral, the Churches of San Nicolò, the Basilica of San Francesco, the Bailo Museum and the Museum of Santa Caterina, the Cà dei Carraresi Art Gallery and Piazza dei Signori… the heart of Treviso, surrounded by the characteristic areas: “I Buranelli,” the ” Pescheria” and more.
You will also have the opportunity to visit the walls of Treviso and, should you be interested in rugby, to reach the Monigo Stadium.

- Cancellation / Prepayment: The conditions regarding cancellation and prepayment, vary depending on the type of accommodation. You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
- Up to 3 years of age, children do not pay and have the option of using a crib, upon request at a cost of €15.
- Pets: on request.
- Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and common parts.

- Private parking is available on site without reservation at a cost of €10 per 24 hours .
- On request it is possible to welcome guests even after 20:00.
- Upon arrival ring the doorbell (Marcuzzo-Pinton), you will be greeted by the owner where you will be given the keys to access the facility.
- The facility is located on the second floor.
- Two bicycles offered by the facility will be available to better explore the city of Treviso.
- A security deposit of €200 will be required upon arrival, which will be returned on the day of departure.
